Self Exclusion & Timeout

Time Out allows a player to take a short break from wagering, which enables them to block their account for a period of time. During this time a player will be unable to wagering. At the end of the player’s selected time period their account will automatically be reopened.

Please note a player will not be able to reverse the 'time out' during the period entered.

While the Time Out is in place, the lottery will do its best to not send the player any marketing materials, although this may not prevent them from receiving any materials which have already been dispatched.

Self-exclusion is a formal process whereby you request us to prevent you from being able to access your online account for a period of time.

Under such an agreement, we will 'pause' your account and return any remaining balance. Once you self-exclude, we cannot reverse the process for any reason and you won't be able to apply for a new account. During this period we will not send you any marketing material and we cannot accept any deposits or bets. Please note however, that whilst your details will be removed from our mailing database this may not prevent you from receiving marketing material which is already in the process of being dispatched. We would therefore ask you to please disregard any such material received within a 48 hour period of self-excluding.
